01

Sales Deal

Win probability, feature-by-feature product fit against roadmap, competitive threats, development velocity signal, and prioritized next actions to close.

02

Consulting

What the client actually needs vs. what they said, AI opportunity map, recommended engagement approach, phased roadmap, and session preparation.

03

Competitive Intel

Extract competitive intelligence from conversations. Cross-reference against existing competitor docs. Market signals, pricing hints, positioning implications.

04

Meeting Debrief

Clean factual summary: decisions made, action items, commitments, open questions, key quotes. No strategic overlay — just the facts.

Two outputs, two purposes

Every analysis produces two files. The written analysis is a full markdown document with sections, evidence, and recommendations. The voice text is a stripped-down version optimized for text-to-speech — no markdown syntax, acronyms expanded, spoken cues added for natural pacing.

The voice text is designed to be piped directly into /text-to-voice to produce an MP3 briefing you can listen to on the go.
